Post-Sales Support
Depending on the chosen cooperation variant, you are provided with post-sales support of varying scope.
With the Luxury Studio package, you gain the possibility to change the color of the fronts for 15% of the value of the purchased furniture within 5 years. In subsequent years, the costs of such a procedure are as follows:
- 5-10 years: 20% of the value of the purchased furniture;
- 10-15 years: 25% of the value of the purchased furniture;
- 15-25 years: 30% of the value of the purchased furniture.
You can decide to change the color of the fronts up to 5 times – this way, you can quickly refresh the aesthetics of your entire kitchen, without the need for costly replacement of all equipment.
The Exclusive Studio package also includes post-sales support. It covers the option of changing the color of the fronts for 20% of the value of the purchased furniture within 5 years.
Post-Sales Package
The post-sales package is included in the Luxury Studio package. It can also be purchased as an additional option with the Exclusive Studio variant.
This package ensures full preparation of kitchen equipment for use. A team of specialists activates the appliances and instructs the client on the proper use of the devices.
This convenient solution saves a lot of time, allowing you to almost immediately explore the valuable functionalities of modern appliances. Opting for the post-sales package also translates into peace of mind, as you don’t have to worry about potential errors during device configuration – professionals will take care of everything.
Service Package
The service package includes various maintenance procedures for kitchen equipment, which help to maintain its durability, functionality, and aesthetics for many years.
As part of the service, we provide:
- Annual and every 5 years servicing (adjustment) with the Luxury Studio package;
- Service after one year of use (adjustment) with the Exclusive Studio package.
There is also an option to purchase the service package when cooperating based on the Premium Studio variant. For instance, the client can order a front polishing service after 5 years of use.
